The White Gates Band Returns & Refunds Policy

The White Gates Band want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product. Unwanted items must be returned by post and the cost of delivery is payable by the customer. Items must be returned within 14 days of notification, to us.

Please include images of what you've received and let us know what product you were expecting.

When returning items, we recommend that when you return items, you ask the post office for proof of postage. You can obtain this by asking your local post office for a proof of postage receipt.

We cannot process returns that are lost in the post.

You may return all new, unworn/unused items fulfilled by The White Gates Band for a full refund of the cost of the product.

Can I return my items for exchange?

The White Gates Band do not offer an exchange service, but if you are not satisfied with an item you have received, you can return it back to us for a refund using the return instructions provided above.

Will any return costs be refunded?

Unwanted orders must be returned by post and the cost of the delivery is payable by the customer.

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, please contact The White Gates Band at whitegates2022@outlook.com before returning the order.

The White Gates Band will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

When will I get my refund?

We endeavour to process refunds within 5-7 working days of receiving your return, however, please allow 14 days for your refund to be fully processed.

Once your return has been refunded, your account should be credited within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
